Silvia Stajer

Hi Noel!
My name is Silvia Stajer, and I am from Toronto, Canada. I have been following along your journey for over two years now and you have been a great inspiration to me. A year ago, I was lost, unsure of where my place was in this crazy thing we call “life.” I completed my first marathon in October of 2022, and immediately after, I felt a sense of “what’s next?” A short few months later, my social media feed was filled with triathlons and the world of “Ironmans”. Having no experience in endurance sport, I wanted to give myself a new challenge, and thought “this could be fun”. In 2023 I completed in two half Ironmans, and I was completely hooked. I knew I found my community, and a place where I belonged. I then began doing research on world records within the Ironman community. After countless late nights, researching and logistical planning with my girlfriend, I decided to chase a world record, and become the youngest female to complete an Ironman on every continent. In 2024 I raced Ironman Brazil, Ironman Italy and most recent in Western Australia (a personal favourite of yours - and now mine as I qualified for Kona!). I have a full schedule planned for 2025, and hopeful to complete my goal in early fall of 2025. I will be completing this world record attempt, while working as a full time paramedic. I would love to come on your show, and talk about our favourite coffees, Ironmans, and everything in between!
